Brad’s background includes co-founding Green Oak Property Management in Los Angeles, where he led operations and business development for a full-service real estate management firm. Before that, he spent nearly a decade in the film industry specializing in location management, a role that sharpened his skills in logistics, contracts, and negotiation. This progression—from film to real estate to property management—equipped Brad with the operational and financial insight that makes his transition to CFO of Neurovana a natural one.
