As Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Neurovana, Dr. Jordyn Trockman leads the organization’s vision, strategy, and growth. She brings more than 15 years of experience as a licensed clinical psychologist, entrepreneur, and leader in mental health innovation. At Neurovana, she combines her clinical expertise with her passion for accessible, patient-centered care to expand the reach of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and integrated wellness services.

Dr. Jordyn earned her B.A. in Psychology and African-American Studies from Syracuse University, an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Adler University. She has worked across diverse mental health settings, providing psychotherapy, conducting assessments, supervising clinicians, and contributing to research.

In addition to her role at Neurovana, Dr. Jordyn is the Owner and Founder of California Women’s Therapy, a virtual group practice focused on women’s empowerment and mental health, and the Founder of Psychologists of Color, Inc. (POC), a nonprofit dedicated to advancing racial justice and equity in psychology. She also runs an EPPP tutoring company and created the EPPP Coaching Circle, a program now housed within POC, which supports psychologists nationwide in preparing for licensure.

Dr. Jordyn lives in Santa Clarita, California, with her husband and two daughters. She is committed to balancing professional leadership with family life and to advancing modern, flexible approaches to mental health care.
